About ECHO magazine



ECHO Magazin is not only a free magazine for Czech and Slovak people living in the United Kingdom and Ireland but also for people living in the Czech and Slovak Republics. ECHO Magazin is also the only printed medium for the Czech and Slovak communities in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The first free edition of ECHO Magazin was issued on 11th August 2003. It is published in 13000-copy issue editions and it can also be downloaded in pdf format from our website at www.echomagazin.com.

Czechs and Slovaks have become a part of the European Union in 2004. This is the reason why the Czecho-Slovak community is on a steep increase. This is not only due to the growing numbers of au-pairs, but also a number of students and especially people coming to live and work or even start their own businesses in the United Kingdom.

ECHO Magazin is regularly issued between the 5th and 10th day of each month. It is distributed both in the United Kingdom and the Czech and Slovak Republics at off-licence shops, groceries, Czech and Slovak restaurants, coach-line buses from and to the Czech and Slovak Republics, language schools, recruitment, au-pair, travel and real estate agencies, embassies, churches, Czech and Slovak companies across the UK.
