SBBC je nezisková organizácia, ktorú založila skupina obchodne orientovaných spoločností a profesionálov s cieľom rozšíriť a zlepšiť podnikateľské prostredie a aktivity na Slovensku.

Založenie slovensko - britského obchodného koncilu The Slovak British Business Council (SBBC) má pomôcť vytvoriť priestor pre projekty novej generácie, založenej na obchodnom spojení medzi Slovenskom a Veľkou Britániou.

Kľúčovými oblasťami stratégie organizácie je rozvíjanie takých projektov, ktoré podporujú informačnú spoločnosť, vedu a výskum, ekologické inovatívne technológie, rozvoj podnikateľského prostredia, vzdelávanie a zamestnanosť.

The Slovak British Business Council (SBBC or the Council) is a non-profit organization with a vision to create a space for extraordinary people, businesses and projects that powerfully stimulate the development of prospering communities in the UK and Slovakia

SBBC was established by a group of businesses and professionals with strong Slovak and British interests with an ambition to enhance and improve business environment between the two countries. Our mission is to be a magnet for existing and future businesses, a generator of new opportunities, and a place where people love to come to create what is possible and cause its fulfillment. Since its inception, SBBC has been building value for its members through bringing together bold visions and practical actions, and through connecting people from different backgrounds and expertise to work together on what they are passionate about.

SBBC is an independent non-political institution that exits for and is governed by its members. Its Governing Board is responsible for overall leadership and integrity of the Council while the Executive Committee manages Council's projects and activities.

SBBC has started to gain acknowledgment and support from the Slovak and British business committee and political leaders as well as the media for its activities in expanding Slovak - British trade.

Membership:
Our membership is open to large and small companies, professional and private investors, who look for new business opportunities in the UK and Slovakia, expansion of their existing business presence (if already active in the UK and Slovakia), access to new professional expansion or investment opportunities in the UK and Slovakia.
